Actually comfortable both leaning forward and resting on it (uses your body weight and the structure to support you, so that you don't fall flat on desk), and very useful as a lumbar pillow as long as the top doesn't interfere with your head rest

Love it. Really makes a difference on my back for support. Not sure I'll use it to take naps though lol but it would work for that also.
