Mount base has a bit of play with the arm, but it is sturdy. Not as much freedom of rotation, but does the trick considering the cost.

One of the cable management ties broke on first use, otherwise happy with it.

Nice and sturdy, spring seems strong, range of motion is a bit less flexible than the scissor type boom arms that are more common (which is what I'm upgrading from) and more bulky as well, but if you're okay with trading that for a sturdier build, then this is one of the most compelling options for the price. Despite the sturdiness, a shock mount is a must in order to have the best experience with this boom arm.

Great value for the money. The only things I'm disappointed with are a) there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it swinging at the base, and b) I get vibrations from my keyboard into my microphone. Wish there was some dampening somehow between the table and the boom arm.

Strong mic support and easy to adjust

A functional and economic mic boom. Main complain is the edge-of-desk mounting system being limited; I have to cut a chunk out of mine to make it thin enough. Feels like even an extra half an inch would move it much closer to 100% coverage rather than requiring a hole to be drilled or edge thinned.
