Bought this in May 2023. The magenta didn't work so they sent me a replacement (Thank you!). Things worked great for awhile. But then, 10 months later, the cyan cartridge started giving me problems, so they sent me a replacement (thank you! x2). Now, Aug 2024, the black cartridge started fading & smudging, so they sent me a replacement (thank you! x3). Now, the prints are clean again. But because I have a mixed set of cartridges, the color is off and photos look wonky. I've spent some time adjusting the print density for each color so that it looks OK. The price was a lot less than OEM, but I've gone through a lot of hassles and wasted time with these cartridges. Next time, I'm going to buy something else.

Very happy with these cartridges. Quality is great. Time will tell if they last but so far so good. When I first got them, the magenta one didn't work. The printer said "Supply problem". But the return process went fine and within two weeks I had a replacement that works no problem. Fortunately I still had my old cartridge which had a bit left.
