Very happy with these cartridges. Quality is great. Time will tell if they last but so far so good. When I first got them, the magenta one didn't work. The printer said "Supply problem". But the return process went fine and within two weeks I had a replacement that works no problem. Fortunately I still had my old cartridge which had a bit left.

Bought the whole combo, price is a lot cheaper than stock product. I haven’t opened the colour one yet but the black one works fine. It is prefect for my HP printer, no defective issue or any software issue so far. Happy to recommend
