I have not used this machine so far so I cannot attest to how it works, however, I love the size of it and the weight. I just wish there would be more recipes in the user manual.

Features circulation fan, which is great. Layers stack well, and feels to be of good quality. Should include more documentation for beginners, however, as often don't know what temperature is to be used.. Overall, good unit!

Works well, would have been nice to have a timer to turn it off, but as long as you don't forget it is running, it dehydrates well.
