Average quality but very bulky

One of the straps require extra stitching as it was separating from the pillow. Also the bag that the product came in made it a challenge to get the product out of it, and there is no way it was going back in.

A bit difficult to adjust to find a comfortable position. Would not recommend for someone with a small neck, might be good for someone with a larger neck. Other than that, the travel pillow looks fine!

The pillow feels good on the neck. However when I remove the pillow cover to clean, the foam inside looks ugly. It's not pure white but having large brown spots everywhere. Looks like it's made of low grade materials.
