I don't hate it but am extremely frustrated by the time taken with a simple problem . You provided a good product and it was simple to assemble. Low rating because your support team Shopper+ Family, Lysa Marie have been unable to provide the parts needed to install the arm rest. I provide a jpeg of the incorrect parts (there are only two kinds with handles). I have the four short ones, I require the four that are 2 1/8" to 2 1/4" long. They referred to a specialist who confirmed the parts I needed yet Lysa Marie requires a marked manual, unnecessary! They have to go through two tubes. I have explained this explicitly several times, Lysa Marie in her last response requires that I send the manual with the parts marked, this unnecessary and impossible since the manual has been discarded. Her attention to the problem is appreciated but has not solved my problem. My wife has had to us use the bench which is satisfactory but not safe without the arm rest. Possible legal situation! The solution is quite simple without all the back and forth, Please send the correct four longer handled bolts. I can provide a photo of the bench without the arm rest but doesn't help. The annoying part of all this is the extended dialogue to correct a mistake or oversight by your company Shoppers+. Of course these things happen all the time. You have my address I am sure, please send the four long bolts and get better rating and a satisfied customer! and a safe wife!
