Not as flexible as I hoped but It's very It's very cosy once you get settled but don't forget to use the neck clasp. The temperature range compares to LOW setting on a standard heating pad. Essential for avoiding overheating for elderly who have temperature regulation issues (and for people who play with controls, fall asleep and get blisters). Weighted nicely to stay put but awkward to put on and to store. Electrical cord is very long and detachable. Not likely to need an extension cord. I'll probably buy a standard heating pad too.

This works for an average size and weight. however, the heating pad itself is very heavy, so you’re not really gonna want to have it on and move around much.

If you have a big neck you might not be able to button the neck clasp. A velcro strap instead of button would be better. Have heat set to 9 all the time, a bit warmer would be better.

I wish I could feel the heat in the shoulder a bit more the back is ok 👍 overall for me it is not as hot as I would like but it is ok.
