Nice product. Heat on the neck part seems a bit less hot on the neck part. But still usefull for neck pain.

This was a great price for gifting, donating or for therapeutic purposes. We will add an update on quality.

I really enjoy how it keeps my shoulder warm so that it can heal my aching muscle. But I do wish that they had one heating line on the neck side as well that would have been game changer.
