Unfortunately, it is either s a faulty item or a faulty construct. It only gets warm on about a third of its surface.

I would have liked to give it more stars, but cannot. The stars are for customer service, mainly, as they were nice and replaced one of the blankets. However, now when tried daily, both are only half warm (the half far from the plugin does not get warm at all). It must have been a faulty lot?

It takes a while to warm up. But the big issue is the controls freeze and it cannot be adjusted/turned off/turned on. To unfreeze the controls, I have to leave it unplugged for over 5 minutes.

The controller is a piece of crap. Within a week, it started to act up. It, either, wouldn’t turn ON, couldn’t adjust the temperature or else the temperature would start decreasing on its own. But you still can’t bump it back up. Bought a second blanket and the same thing happened.

The blanket is nice but its electric wire cannot have electricity. Requested a replacement of the electric wire.
