      When I received mine, one of the screws wouldn't turn with the hex key. Found out it was pretty shaved so I had to do some of my own DIY to get the screws to turn. Once I did that, it was really good. Held my old Lenovo which weighs in at a hefty 7-8 lbs without sagging.
