Works great in bed! I purchased this laptop lap desk for my mother who watches Netflix in bed a lot, and she has a 16.3" laptop that is quite large. She is very happy with the lap desk and uses it everyday. It also prevents the laptop to get too hot. Definitely recommended if you want to use a computer on a couch or in bed!

I was worried this would wear but it has held up and still looks as the day I bought it after months of use. Slide out tray works on both sides. Very convenient and light.

This lap desk is REALLY heavy when you lift it, and yet you don't really notice it when it's on your lap! I find it pretty comfortable, and it seems well made.
