      Great lamp. Fits large heads and doesn't leave marks on your forehead like other types. Can't comment on the instructions as there wasn't any :(

          Frontale très lumineuse, parfaite pour le camping ou les randonnées de nuit. On aimerait toutefois avoir aussi une lumière rouge, utile dans certains cas et moins éblouissante.

            not the best for a headlight. the wave to turn on sensor is sensitive and will turn on or off if anything goes by it
