I love the design of this hamper but it has a couple flaws that may have made me reconsider my purchase. Unfortunately the rigid sections of the hamper are filled with cardboard so I'm unsure of how durable this will be in the long run, especially if it gets exposed to damp laundry while moving clothes from washer to dryer (this is mentioned in the product description so it's my fault for missing it.). The other thing that you may want to be aware of is the very strong chemical/plastic shell this hamper gives off when removed from packaging. It was very strong after it arrived. Now, two weeks later, it's less noticeable but you can't still smell it if you get close. Be prepared to give it a few days in a dry, well-ventilated, spot to air out
