Excellent gooseneck kettle. It heats up very quickly and the temperature is precise. I set it to coffee mode, which is 203F and took the temperature inside the kettle and when I pour. Inside the kettle was 208F and when it reaches my pour over filter, exactly 203F. Completely amazing product at this price point

Very hot, we like it a lot

Cannot recommend this product. Does not allow switching between ℃ and ℉ like the description says. Lasted about about 2 month before starting to smoke. There was a burnt smell and smoke coming from the kettle. Upon opening the kettle to find the source, one of the terminal and spade connector for the heating element was completely burnt/blacken from heat. Continuing to use the kettle would have caused a fire inside the plastic enclosure. This is a big problem for a product with only 30 days of warranty.

I am giving this kettle a poor rating because it died on me after 9 months of use. When it worked I loved it and would have rated it 5/5. It looks nice and takes very little room on my counter however I cannot recommend it. It’s an expensive kettle for only lasting 9months. I called customer service and they said it’s guaranteed for 30days since it’s past that time there is nothing they can do. This is the first review of any product I have ever written. I have been happy with most of my purchases from this company but I doubt I will continue with them after this. Very disappointed.
