I tested this out but didn’t install it because the wiring connector was so large I would have had to carve a hole in the door frame, or solder the wires together without the connector. The instructions for the chime were not adequate, I couldn't understand what some of the sounds it was making meant. I wasn't able to return it as it was a "clearance item".

How can I get 12V/24V source for this Video Doorbell? I thought it has battery and the 12V/24, but it was not. It's my fault.
