For the price, it is a good looking and fairly comfortable chair. Unfortunately, the right side plastic cover that came pre-installed over the reclining lever was cracked. It would have been better if they left it off and had the end user install it. There was also a small piece broken off the left side cover as well. I would have rated it higher.
