If you need to update the WiFi and Bluetooth connections on an older laptop or desktop then look no further. This dual band WiFi/Bluetooth USB 2.0 adapter was easy to install and sped up my laptop's connection to our router. Installation on Windows 11 was a breeze as the drivers were automatically discovered and installed without issue when the adapter was connected to a USB port on the laptop.

I had a 2.4G WIFI USB Dongle that worked but did not always connect so I had to fiddle with it. This one has dual 2.4/5G as well as Bluetooth 5.0 and it connects/reconnects when the PC comes out of sleep or when the PC restarts. It also has a faster rating which is nice. It comes with a mini CD containing the Drivers so the install was easy for me since all my PCs and Laptop have optical drives. However, the drivers are also available on the Internet if your devices don't.

I had previously posted a review giving the Bluetooth/WiFi wireless adapter a 3-star rating but I am now updating my review with a 5-star rating. I was unable to connect my mouse using the Bluetooth and I assumed there was something wrong with the adapter. but I have now been able to do so. I was missing an important step with my mouse to connect it to the Bluetooth and its now works flawlessly.
