Had a different brand of this for years, loved it. Eventually the acrylic plastic parts became brittle and cracked but it did last a long time and worked well. This one is SO MUCH BETTER. It has an extra row of blades (33% less work for me!), a locking mechanism (no accidental stabbings), and it COMPLETELY comes apart for cleaning. Even the 4 blades come out individually! So much easier to clean than other brands.

Wow! I just used this last week and it was so easy. My meat marinated so well and was tender when cooked. I was able to disassemble easily, reassemble easily after having put the disassembled parts in the dishwasher. The blades showed no signs of wear/degradation (top shelf all pieces) and neither did the plastic components. Great stocking stuffer or "anytime" gift that I'm sure will be appreciated.

Works well and disassembles for easier cleaning than other tenderizers I have used. Safety lock is a nice feature.

Great tool at a great price! I got it to poke the Pork belly skin to make it crispier. Do a fantastic job!!!
