Combined with a heat mat below, this grow lamp really helped make for much stronger plants started from seed. I used it last winter to get an early start on a bunch of heat-loving plants (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant).

Using this as an aquarium light for my live plants. Just had to get creating with the original hood to dissipate heat

For the price, this little light is amazing. I currently am growing seedlings of zucchini, sweet cucumbers, bonny best tomatoes, baby romaine, green peas, and green beans. All are thriving thanks to this incredibly strong light.
