I had a hard time setting it up to wifi. It just kept repeating this annoying 'EZ Mode' over and over again! Very loud. Finally got it to work though and realized there is no battery backup! Instead it can be powered through a USB port plug but if you are not home when the power goes out, you won't be there to plug it into a USB power pack! Not sure what they were thinking. Because of this, it gets a low score. Camera function is ok but forget about low or night time video - night vision is not useable. On the positive side, portions are customizable and good for feeding a lot of little portions (up to max 6 times a day) throughout the day. My cat is not scared of it and comes running when she hears the food drop. The canister seals the food up nicely. App is easy to use. I did check to see if there is no wifi (i.e. power outage) and powered through a USB power pack, it still retains the feeding schedule and feeds. If only it used battery backup, it would be much better.
