Did not work at the stated 120hz reliably (black screen flicker). at 60hz it was not supporting VRR on Samsung HDMI 2.1 OLED TV. Also disappointed by the constant use of plastic shrink wrap on all the ends. Wasteful and more work to unwrap.

Two different units wouldn't achieve HDMI 2.1 speeds with my Windows PC. When I use this adapter with a DP 1.4 port to connect to my LG OLEDB2 TV, it works as expected when connected to HDMI 2.0 ports. This means I get 2160p @ 60Hz with HDR enabled. However when connected to an HDMI 2.1 port, the TV flashes on for a second and then off again. It does this a few times and then just stays off. I know the TV and HDMI v2.1 cables are good because I'm swapping them out from my XBox Series X that connects to the TV with 2160p @ 120Hz with HDR, etc. Although PrimeCables listened to this story and exchanged the first unit with another (also paying for shipping both ways), I had to wait another week just to find out I had the same problem. There was no communication about testing the one I returned, but they shipped me another one out right away. Rather than go another week without a DP->HDMI adatper, I thought I'd warn others about this product. You may as well get the cheaper model PrimeCables offers (https://www.primecables.ca/p-396974-cab-pc-08344-displayport12-to-hdmi4k60hz-active-adapter-primecables) that is much cheaper and (according to the specifications) should provide the same experience. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with a PrimeCables cable/adapter and I've purchased quite a bit from them over the years.
