Toastess has been around for a long time. A brand anyone can recognize. I love to use it for perfect grilled cheese, hamburgers and hot dog buns. Everything seems to taste better when you use the electric sandwich grill.

I haven't used it yet, but I checked it over and it meets my requirements. It would have been nice to have an "english" version of the instructions--as the box included 2 Spanish copies'
