My cat didn't care for it. My dogs love them, he swats it all over the house

I'm torn between 5 or 3 star rating. My cat loves this toy so far. But after 3 days of heavy play with it, the battery is starting to go. For the price, the battery should last longer than this or should be replaceable/rechargeable.
