This Footrest blew me away! Since using it (bought in March of this year), I can't say enough about it. It's just that good for me. I use the ridges on the pedals with my feet in a back and forth motion to give a massage to the them. Before getting this, I used to have leg/foot cramps and could not position my feet to be comfortable while on the computer. Having separate pedals on this Footrest, I am able to move them independently so I can position them where I want them to be. Very easy to glide back and forth. I did not need to adjust anything on it. Was the perfect height to begin with. The extra block legs stores under anyway, so it all keeps it together. The price was perfect. I am truly satisfied to date with this product.

Parfait pour mes besoins. Solide, ne glisse pas sur mon plancher flottant, ne bouge pas facilement quand je pousse mes pieds vers l'avant ou l'arrière et c'est un gros plus puisque je ne voudrais pas passer mon temps à replacer mes pieds. Il est aussi comfortable pieds nus ou en chaussettes, mais je porte des pantoufle. Il est même possible de le rendre plus haut en utilisant les 4 petites pattes supplémentaires insérées sous le repose-pieds. Quand même ingénieux pour le prix. Entièrement satisfait de mon achat, et croyez-moi, c'est plutôt rare haha.

After much research I decided to go with this unit. I love it. FYI, you can adjust the tension on each 'pedal' so if you want it to slide easily back and forth, stay put, or somewhere in between, you have tons of options.
