I decided to take a chance even after reading the (not-so-great) comments saying that they don't work. I was initially happy when I saw the lights turn on (pictures attached). I then realized the comments were right, the fans do not spin, only the lights turn on. For $4 it might be worth the chance to see if they work for you, or if you want to add aesthetic RGB to your build, but wouldn't recommend them if you want something reliable or functional.
