    Great price, sound quality, fit and comfort but the multifunction buttons did not work most of the time so returned these for a refund. Really disappointing because I'm a fan of everything else I've bought from Shopper+ these past 10yrs or so.

        The touch controls do not work on either of my phones or tablet. The volume stepping is also very abrupt. There is a static that is constantly present when the volume is low. As a cheap pair, it's better than anything I've found or the other etailers, but buy on sale, not full price.

          It doesn’t fit in the ear very well. Keeps falling out with slight head movement. Tried other caps on the end with no luck . I have to put it in my ears upside down for it to . Powering up and down is another issue…

            Bought this one earlier this year and used it a few times. Touch control is useless - never working properly. connection gets interrupted occasionally. Sound quality is OK for the discounted price though.

              I generally like PrimeCables products but unfortunately these earbuds have disappointed me. There are several issues with them: - the case battery either doesn't work or it discharges itself when not in use. I don't use my earbuds often, but if I charge them fully and then try to use them after a week or two, the buds are not at 100% anymore which means they discharged and the case didn't charge them back. Perhaps they don't power off when I put them back in the case. - none of the rubber gels sits properly in my ears. It feels that they are too short and do go in deep enough to grip properly. I even tried some from other earbuds. I'd say my ears are medium to small. I don't have this issue with a couple other earbuds that I own. - Personally I don't notice any difference with the ANC on or off.
