Major and dangerous design flaw. At the front, the white circle there on the door, that is the removable bowl. The bowls pops out with very little effort, the cat can push it out from inside the carrier. THERE IS NO LOCKING MECHANISM ON THE BOWL! Even if your cat wasn't interested in pushing at it, if the carrier tilts forward, the cat could end up hitting or pressing on the bowl and that can be enough to pop it out and out goes the cat with it! And if your cat is too big to fall all the way out, that is even worse! It was a great idea, but it is simply dangerous because of this one flaw. Customer service was no help with this issue, and I can see they didn't even put up a warning to future buyers about a dangerous design flaw that could cause a tragedy to occur. If you have already bought this, just use as a cat bed, not a carrier.
