j'ai acheter ce support pour un plasma 50`` qui pese 33KG la capacité du support mentionne 40KG normalement en plus il doit y avoir un facteur de sécurité... et bien surprise une fois installé le support penche dangereusement vers l'avant et ne peut être en extension car il plie littéralement vers le bas. après avoir contacter le service a la clientèle et envoyez des photo voici leurs réponse; Merci d’avoir contacté Shopper+! ********** J’ai consulté l’équipe de support produit et lui ai montré les photos que vous avez fournies et ils m’ont informé que les supports muraux de téléviseur fonctionnent à des niveaux optimaux d’efficacité et de sécurité lorsque le téléviseur est au plus 70% de la capacité maximale du support. Dans ce cas, il est suggéré d’utiliser un support légèrement plus solide. aucune solution ne m'a été proposer. très décevant car j'aime bcp cette Cie. ​

Flimsy. TV never seem to stand straight (it always tilt on one side) and further, TV never seem to remain straight (always tilt a bit from the top).
