A bit noisier than expected but not too surprising considering it's an ice maker. Ice shape is good. Lots of surface area. The two included scoops are cute. I wedged a neodymium magnet in the scoop's handle hole so i can stick it to the side. It's quite perfect. Speed of ice is surprisingly fast, which is actually the most important part. Will be great for bringing up to cottages with no A/C

This ice machine arrived very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised that it was pale turquoise, not silver. My husband and I were hesitant about keeping it due to the energy it appears to use, if left on all the time. After trying it, the machine stays off until it needs more ice. I love the bullet-shaped cubes and this is a great addition to our summer pool parties!

We purchased this for a Father's Day present. It was used pretty steadily all summer, and still quite a bit into fall. Works like a champ, would definitely recommend it.

Bought as a gift and I should have bought myself one too because they love it a lot!

This is my second one. Only had to buy a second one is because I bought it as a gift. Ours is still working great after two years of use!
