Virtually no documentation either at shoppers+ or online. It's as if the product does not exsist! Doubt me? Google it yourself before you buy this. Plugged it in and all it did was beep at me probably telling to hook it up the app or cloud or whatever. I wanted to use it only with the sd card. I got it on sale returned both. Save your money.

Je n'ai jamais eu la chance de voir le produit parce que je ne l'ai jamais reçu, même si ça indique livré, et malgré des demandes à Canpar, et 2 fois chez vous avec des détails, j'attends toujours des nouvelles, presque 3 semaines plus tard...Alors non, je n'ai pas apprécié de me faire répondre "qu'on vous donnera des nouvelles quand nous en aurons". Mon dernier achat chez vous ? Possible

impossible à configurer. essayer toutes les méthodes (QR mode ou Ap mode) mais aucune connexion. le produit va être retourné. la caméra emet un bip sans cesse. j'ai une geeni et j'ai aucun problème de connection.

Honestly, I don't know if this camera is any good or not because I haven't received it yet! I ordered it 10 days ago and was then updated that it won't arrive for another 4 days and unfortunately, I need this item for tomorrow to take it on a trip so that I can use it for a baby camera. I normally have had great experiences with Shopper+ but this time, not to much. I had a very long chat to look for solutions last week to get the item to me faster or change the address to my destination as it is to be used as a baby camera while away and was promised immediate follow up, but nothing. I'm hoping this rating may get some attention for help as otherwise my purchase was pointless due to the 2 weeks expected to get the item (that was in stock at the warehouse in Ontario) to Vancouver. Fingers crossed! I'll update this if/when I finally receive the item (though my not keep it if it doesn't arrive for its intended use timeframe).
