Very disappointed with this product. First, the HDMI port never worked. But I honestly didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the product and have to call, follow up, etc. And then, only after a few months of use, it doesn't even recognize an external hard drive or an SD card. So, it's just garbage now.

I stopped using this product after 2 months since my PC no longer recognizes the device when it is connected. I tried on 3 other devices and I still cannot connect it. In the garbage it goes... It's a shame because the product worked well, but unfortunately it just doesn't last. I will buy something of higher quality somewhere else next time.
