I had bought one and loved it so much I bought a second one. Multiple uses and multiple positions. Works as is if firm is what you require or under pillows for a firm base but with comfy support on top. Excellent price comparatively and washable covers. Everything I was looking for.

I find this wedge pillow useful for elevating my head when coughing or for elevating my feet to drain fluid . Very soft.
