ALERT! Household electronics are non-refundable on the invoice. I don't know until I ordered it. The package arrived damaged (pictures attached). When I plugged in the air fryer to test it, the unit makes a very loud, abnormal noise that sounds like the internal fan is broken or unbalanced. Per the instruction booklet I checked the unit's air inlet but found no blockage. Because of the above I have no confidence in this product, so I am requesting a return/refund rather than a warranty repair.
