Very well made except for the auto lid. We tried several times, following the instructions but to no avail. Will return and choose another one (manual this time) The two leaves are for the quality of materials and looks. Big Daddy

I got this almost a month ago. While it looks good and the build quality is acceptable, it has a hypersensitive lid. I walk about 3 feet away from it on my wooden floor, it opens up. It gets possessed when my 4-year-old is anywhere near it. I have considered switching off the automatic lid function but then I will have to physically open it which is not why I got this. The bigger model of this bin is a simple wave and open function that works well. This one is a disappointment.

This garbage can is poorly designed. It opens at random when a door opens or a person walks by in the room, or sometimes with no apparent cause. There's no way to turn off the automatic sensor and just use the button to open it. It seems designed to be hidden away somewhere in a large house, not used in an apartment or in any room with frequent activity - in those situations, it's just opening and closing all the time.

Thinner than even store-brand garbage bags. The packaging arrived crushed, and someone had put tape over the box to keep it shut. Very disappointing.
