The cable doesn't deliver the speeds a usb3.0 is suppose to. I purchased it to by able to transfer files to my USB drives without having to plug them directly in to the pc's 3.0 port, and it is always quite slower than what a usb 3 is suppose to be. I do however like the quality of the build. It seems like a nice strong durable cable.
