Impressed with the quality so far for the price. The only thing I can say is that the instructions never mention explicitly that you must unscrew a nut to have the monitor tilt forward and backward, and the key provided with the package isn't the right size (so it's not super intuitive to understand that you're supposed to loosen it). But once you understand it, you can tight the nut if you don't need the screen to constantly tilt and it stays in place.

The tilt option requires you to manually loosen and tighten the bolts in order to to use the tilt option.

Tool to loosen and tighten the bolts did not fit any of the bolts, so bring your own tools. Very stiff to move even after the loosening with my tools. Seems like a set it and forget it monitor mount sadly
