One of the locking pull tabs broke for absolutely no reason at all during installation. It can't be fixed or worked around.

Although the TV is hanging on the wall, the locks on the bottom broke off as soon as I mounted the TV. If you buy this, you have to be super careful because it's as brittle as a ritz cracker. Should've known better considering the price. It's better to go and buy a more expensive mount at Best Buy rather than to have to deal with the fear of your TV dropping off the wall every day.
