Sometimes the cartridge is recognized, sometimes it's not (on an Epson XP-430). Initially when I inserted the cartridge, it was recognized and worked. I was able to print a few pages out, but a few days later when I tried to print something again, it was not recognized. Only after multiple attempts to reinsert, power on/off, and a dozen other things to try to get it to work, even reinstalling software, it finally started working at some point. A couple weeks later, I am able to print off some pages no problem, but one day I print off two pages, and literally after the second page is done printing I suddenly get the message pop up on my printer that the cartridge is not recognized. Can't remember if it was a better deal than Moustache at the time, but I will not be buying this one again. I will stick with Moustache as I have never had any issues with that brand.

Je ne suis pas capable de les mettre dans mon imprimante. J'ai appelé vendredi et j'attends un appel du technicien qui ne se fait pas. Vraiment déçue
