    It doesn't work with any HP model ending with an "e" at the end. It should stated on the short description as well. Maybe I am the only one when buying only read the short description, but it somehow does not feel right that its not on the short description.

          Not working as it is not compatible. don't base yourself on the printer dashboard as the information is misleading. Shopper+ just hide themself by saying "Not Compatible with HP+ printer models ending in the letter "e"." As I see in the other comments, I'm not the only one. the trust relationship between Shopper+ and myself is now broken. I was able to return the product by chatting with the customer service, but there was a 30% restocking fee. I won't buy anything else from them ever. ----------------------------------------------------------- Produit non fonctionnel car non compatible.ne vous fiez pas à l'information contenue dans le tableau de bord de votre imprimante, il n'y est fait aucune mention de cette lettre E ! Shopper+ se cache derrière le fait que sur la page du produit, il est indiqué non compatible avec les imprimantes se terminant par un E. En lisant les autres commentaires, je vois que je ne suis pas le seul. J'ai fait un retour en parlant avec le service à la clientèle, mais on me charge un 30% de frais de restockage. Je n'achèterais plus de Shopper+ et de ses filiales

          The printer cartridge is not working properly. The ink level is reading to low to print.

            Buyer beware, these cartridges are in fact not recognized by the HP printer and will not function unless you have an OEM toner cartridge and the knowledge and tools needed to swap the chips. Customer service was kind enough to tell me to buy the "No Chip" version of this cartridge and swap the chips myself next time (which I had to do to get these cartridges to work). Not impressed.
