Piece of junk!!! NO customer service available!!! Just tried to install TR4720 on my brand new $8000 Windows 11 GAMING computer and I get error code "C0000022" with a phone support # 1 888 914 4445 that NO ONE EVER ANSWERES and you can't even leave a message, Canon expects you to call and call and call for hours!!! Garbage product, garbage non-existent customer support, I guess I have no choice but to send it back for a refund, what a hassle, will NEVER BUY ANOTHER CANON PRODUCT!!!
