I placed an order for 4 of these toners I have order 19 over this past year and 2 of the last 4 printed out full black pages but because I tried them 45 days after purchase the warranty is over and they wouldn't do anything and said I needed to order more. I spoke with two different chat people and nothing. I guess I am moving back over to Amazon, I wanted to use a local company but I guess not.
