Works as expected with my 32" LG monitor. The arm feels a lighter than I was expecting (compared to other ones that I've installed). There's a few things I find annoying: 1) it's really easy to rotate the monitor (portrait <--> landscape) when moving the monitor and no way to tighten it. There is a screw hole to supposedly lock it in place, but the screw for it is not included and it requires removing the monitor to do so. 2) When you push the monitor back against the wall, the swivel part of the monitor mount rotates a little bit so the monitor will look tilted to the left even though it's straight/leveled when you pull it out. Really irks my OCD otherwise I'd have to constantly readjust after moving the monitor. If you're going to just having in the one spot all the time, then you don't have to worry. 3) The cable runner (think that's what it's called) is fairly small and does not like the thicker video cables. It makes it tough to push the monitor back against the wall. Small cables like a 3.5mm audio cable tends to slide down, which means it loses its slack where the arm bends and will start pulling; increasing the likelihood of the cable breaking or pulling it out of the port. Last note, if you have an LG monitor and everything sticks out straight from the back, you'll probably have to look into getting a 90 degree adapter or cable as it will interfer with the arm when you push it back against the wall.
