I bought two of this arms and they work really good. I just have a small issue with one of them where the arm is wobbly with a 31.5" screen. I tried to increase the gase spring but the screen still shake a bit.

Excellent product. Works well and good tension to keep monitors in place. BAD: Might not be the best option if you're looking for grommet installation. The only reason why it's losing one star is that they didn't include a rubber spacer or base for the grommet option, just a small metal plate that looked flimsy. I ended up using the clamps (which did have a rubber spacer) and way more sturdy.
