The black rubber seal does not appear to come apart for washing so will likely get moldy because it can't be separated for drying.

We washed the containers (2 sets) in the top drawer of our dishwasher. I didn't remmeber seeing a warning. My entire order except 1 unit was severely deformed and damaged. Hand wash only. The one that survived was used for our dog food. As long as you hand wash, they will work fine.

Received with 1 crack container, airtight lids without pressure release, hard to open lids.

I had one lid with a clamp the broke off taking it out of the package. Not the best quality.
