I have not used for bread storage yet, mainly because I am not a big bread eater, but when I have bread, I need it to last more than 2 days w/o drying out or becoming molding. I can say that this bag is well made, attractive and has snaps to make it two different lengths as well as being machine washable. I am pleased this far and will be baking next week. If further comment is needed, I will add. Otherwise, I expect they will perform as advertised.
