We ordered two, and both, after building and installing them, the arm handles 'wobble'. Even when fastened properly and tightly. Also, with one, the push button fasteners, along where the 'plate' fits in between the toilet and the toilet base, they do not align properly! If they were to align with the holes, the plate would be on an angle! So we cannot use the 'push buttons' in the plate to secure the rails to the toilet! Only the bolts are securing it. Disappointed.
