The brakes don't work properly and I didn't feel safe using it. I've been trying for weeks to get a return shipping label from Shoppers Plus but no-one has returned ANY of my emails. Customer service is abysmal and I don't recommend this product and I DON'T RECOMMEND SHOPPERS PLUS!
