So far this product has been nothing short of a major let down. The instructions that are provided are sketchy at best. I would save your money on this one.

Buyer beware! This product is not as advertised, as it is not a self functioning unit. The rake easily gets stuck with very minimal resistance, and the rake cannot adequately clean to the bottom. I used the highest quality litter available, and manually cleaned over the first month of use, and it still broke. I would only recommend using this product while on vacation or for short durations, as you'll have to manually clean it at least every few days. Plus, the 365 guarantee doesn't seem to guarantee anything. I'm now stuck with a massive litter box that is too expensive to return ship, and is useless. Shopper+ scanned me on this purchase. DO NOT BUY. Just pay a bit more and get the good brand.
