Overall, good quality product and charges quickly, but one star removed due to incorrect measurements. I originally purchased this one because it measured to be similar to my phone, but as you can see from the photos, the power bank is actually 2cm thick, not 1cm, so it's bigger than I anticipated. Based on that, I prefer the mini-power bank with similar specs that PrimeCables also sells because it's a bit smaller (thicker but smaller height and length). But if you need to be able to charge a bunch of different types of connections, this one is better for you.

Summary: Almost perfect (unless you have Micro-USB devices to charge) Pros: - Percentage indicator makes it super easy to know how much charge you have - integrated Lightning & USB-C cables makes it easy to bring along; no need to have 1829734 extra cables to charge your individual items Cons: - Items that charge through Micro-USB may not pull enough amperage to properly charge through the integrated cable (but can be bypassed by using the USB-A charging port and a separate cable) It's definitely replaced our other battery packs and we'll likely get another one when it's next on sale

It is very portable and pocket friendly especially for someone who would not like to move gadgets about. However, it is puzzling to find out that it did not come with an input charging cable. I had to use an existing laptop cable to charge the power bank. I am wondering the absence of the input charging cable was an error of packaging.

For the most part I love this power bank but on a very small load it shuts down and will not charge my device is this normal??

Item received as expected. Packaging came in ok and not damaged. Good quality. Only downside was that the capacity is a little bit on the low side.
